I'm in love with my ex-boyfriend, who is also my best friend. I miss him so much. I want to be more than just his friend. We broke up last week because he thought we got along better as friends. He has made it very apparent that he wants me in his life as his friend. He texts me every day and we even hung out a few times after we broke up. The first time was a few days after we broke up. We were at the same show. During one of the bands' sets he invited me to his car where we just hung out and laughed. We had fun. We went to a show again (together, this time. He asked if I was going and then offered me a ride) recently and hung out the whole time. He then slept over my house because he lives an hour away. I told him he could take the couch but he slept in my bed with me instead. He hung out the next day for a while. We just laid in bed for the day, laughing and joking around. He flirted with me and jokingly made sexual comments. It really hurt me that he was leading me on that day because he knew I still had feelings for him. I want to get back together with him so badly and his flirting isn't helping. I don't want to be with anyone else. If I am patient and take things slowly is there any chance I can get him back?
